We understand that schedules change. If you’re unable to make your appointment, please reschedule or cancel via the booking confirmation page in your account. If you need to cancel your AutoPilot appointment, you will not be charged a cancellation fee and your credit will be returned to your account.
Please note that if you cancel an AutoPilot appointment that includes additional repairs or a non-AutoPilot appointment, you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee. This fee can be applied to a new appointment booked within 7 days of the cancelation.
